Passiflora popenovii

Passiflora popenovii

  • Passiflora popenovii. This plant produces the most delicious fruit of all Passiflora. The translucent and very juicy flesh inside the bright yellow fruit is extremely sweet and has an exquisite, exotic and perfumed flavour. It is native to rainforests in Colombia and Ecuador between 500 and 1900 m, but is believed to have become extinct in the wild and can only be found in local cultivation. It will easily adapt to being grown in a wide range of tropical and warm to temperate climates. Minimum temperature is +12 degrees.

  • It is completely the buyers responsibility to ensure that the item that they are buying is legally allowed as an import to their State or Country. I cannot be held responsible if the Country of destination rejects, destroys or confiscates the shipmment due to overseas customs' regulations.
