Passiflora Suberosa (Corkystem Passiflora)
Passiflora suberosa, ( Corkystem Passionflower), this passiflora covers an enormous range from Florida through to central America. The fruits change from green to a dusky purple and finally black when ripe. It is the host plant for a number of butterflies, primarily the Heliconius charitonius, The Zebra Longwing. Florida's national butterfly. It has broad leaves and small white and yellow flowers.
This plant will survive temperatures as low as -5, but it is recommended to bring it indoors for the winter.
It is completely the buyers responsibility to ensure that the item that they are buying is legally allowed as an import to their State or Country. I cannot be held responsible if the Country of destination rejects, destroys or confiscates the shipmment due to overseas customs' regulations.
POSTAGE and RETURNS POLICY
International postage on seeds is €4.25, and 50 cents per extra packet. Large orders will be priced separately.
All seeds are sent out first class mail and in padded envelopes.
Brugmansias. These are normally sent out as rooted cuttings / small plants. A box can hold up to 5 small plants.
Orchids. Vandas and Ascocondas. This depends on size and weight, enquiries will ascertain the cost of postage.
Iris and Hemerocallis. These rhizomes or fans are sent out in boxes, 5 to a box.
Postage Costs for Plants:
Up to 1kg. By Collisimo International is €17.95. 1 to 5 plants.
Up to 2kg. By Collisimo International is €19.95. 5 to 10 plants.
We pack extremely carefully and post all plants on a Monday, unless there is a Bank Holiday that week. We can not take responsibility for damage by the post office.
All orders over €20.00 are send by collissimo, the French Parcel Service. A tracking number and date posted will be forward to you. ( we can not take responsibility from that time of posting).
DHL. We are looking into this as an alternative for postage.
Unfortunately, we can not send plants to the United States, Canada or Australia, only seeds.
